Visa thường trú do chủ doanh nghiệp đề cử

Visa thường trú cho người có tay nghề được doanh nghiệp Úc đề cử. Có thể xin theo diện Direct Entry, Temporary Residence Transition hoặc Labour Agreement nếu đáp ứng tiêu chí tương ứng. Với diện chuyển tiếp, cần kiểm tra thời gian làm việc có bảo lãnh được tính và điều kiện của người lao động lẫn doanh nghiệp.
