Huy Nguyen Education and Migration Pty Ltd collects information provided through the website, email, telephone and consultations to respond to enquiries, assess circumstances and deliver agreed services. Information is handled under applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations, including the Migration Agents Code of Conduct and privacy legislation where it applies. Client records are retained for the legally required period; the Code provides a minimum seven-year period for records within its scope.

Information may be provided to Home Affairs, the ART, assessing authorities, education providers and other relevant parties to carry out authorised work, or where required or permitted by law. Personal information is not sold or used for marketing without appropriate consent. Contact the office to request access, correction or raise a concern about how your information is handled.

This website uses Netlify for hosting and enquiry-form processing, and embedded maps may connect to Google. These providers may process information under their own policies, including through overseas systems. Avoid sending sensitive documents through the enquiry form. Contact the practice for an appropriate way to provide case records or to ask about data handling.

This website provides general information to help you explore migration options. It does not replace an individual assessment. Requirements, fees and processing times can change, and figures should be checked against official sources before use. Obtain advice on your circumstances before lodging or making a substantial commitment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Immigration assistance is provided under a written services agreement setting out the scope, fees and client rights under the Code of Conduct. You can contact the practice to discuss a concern; doing so does not limit your right to complain to OMARA or exercise other legal rights.
