Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa

The Regional Provisional stream provides a permanent residence option for eligible 491 or 494 holders. There is currently no minimum income threshold. The primary applicant must provide ATO notices of assessment for three income years during the period of holding the eligible visa, alongside the other required evidence.

This visa allows workers who hold an eligible visa and meet an income requirement to live and work in Australia permanently.
